
- To create a training program, I need background information on you.
- Age, Gender, Height, Weight?
- Level of fitness. Are you a total novice, Train once week/month, daily? Explain. Tell me you’re running, sporting history.
- You need to be honest with me in order for me to help you.
- Health issues? Prior to starting a training program, I recommend getting a health check done with your GP. Start with a clean bill of health.
- Never train on an injury or illness.
- Tell me your goals. What do you want to achieve?
- Time constraints. Need to tell me best days, times to train? How often able/want to train. How ambitious are you?
