  • To create a training program, I need background information on you.
  • Age, Gender, Height, Weight?
  • Level of fitness. Are you a total novice, Train once week/month, daily? Explain. Tell me you’re running, sporting history.
  • You need to be honest with me in order for me to help you.
  • Health issues? Prior to starting a training program, I recommend getting a health check done with your GP. Start with a clean bill of health.
  • Never train on an injury or illness.
  • Tell me your goals. What do you want to achieve?
  • Time constraints. Need to tell me best days, times to train? How often able/want to train. How ambitious are you?
