Nutritional Tonic

Your body needs an excellent diet and nutrition to give it strength to live, work and train for your sport and daily life.

Keeps injuries and illness away when body has right fuel to take workload.

Tablets are synthetic, and most have nothing in them, so waste of money.

I used this tonic, which was tested by University of Limerick Nutrition Department and was rated as superb natural nutrition for a very active lifestyle.

  • Mix 1 egg
  • 1 large spoon of honey
  • 50ml Guinness
  • 50ml Milk
  • In a cup and drink before breakfast. Three weeks on, one week off.
  • I also took a Vivioptal tablet or Ferrograd C tablet with tonic.
  • Consult your GP or Pharmacist before taking any medication to be safe ALWAYS.
